Photoshop Elements Classes at LVS Online!
Do you want to learn how to use Photoshop Elements? Take one of my classes at LVS Online! I've been writing and teaching classes for Photoshop Elements since version 1. Join me for online classes at LVS Online! They're fun, and you can work when you want to. There are six sessions running each year and the price is right!
What are online classes? They're classes done over the net. You'll be given a password to access the classrooms, and there is a class board to post questions for the teacher. Homework assignments are given and are to be posted to the web. Come see how much fun distance learning can be! I've been teaching online software classes in Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Fireworks, Freehand, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Corel PhotoPaint and more since 2001. Join me for learning and fun!
If you aren't sure what an online class is, read What are Online Classes? Go to the links below for class syllabus and enrollment information. LVS offers many classes in many subjects; the ones listed here are the currently running classes I have written and teach.
My Classes at LVS Online
Instructor-led classes are $30 for the five-lesson session for new LVS students, or $24 for returning LVS students. Enroll at LVS Online. Lessons are provided for download and students have access to a class message board to interact with other students and the teacher.
Instructor Led Classes
I currently have no instructor led classes running.
Self Study Classes:
These classes are self study. The cost of self-study classes is $15.00 for new students and $12.00 for returning students. You will be granted access to self study classes all at once; there are no message boards or instructor interaction, but the good news is no homework either!
Tutorials for Photoshop, Elements, GoLive, Illustrator, Freehand, Expression, How to install Fonts, and much more!
I recently did the cover art for a new JIP Records release called American Pride, a collection of original songs by American songwriters. Click the thumbnail to see a larger image. The CD is $14.95 and can be ordered direct from JIP Records.
Music of Heartohópia
Some of my waterfall photographs are used to illustrate George Trier's new book, Music of Heartohópia, a unique and beautiful book full of haunting essays and poetry, designed to awaken the musician in all of us. Read about the book here. The cover photo is the lower falls of Minneopa Falls, a small beautiful cascade that cuts through the heavily wooded river valley of Blue Earth County, here in Minnesota. Photos of Gooseberry Falls near Lake Superior from northern Minnesota are also featured in the book. You can purchase a copy at Amazon.com in paperback or e-book format.
Because most of my classes deal with creating graphics for web or print, I am often asked how to choose colors. I recommend Color Wheel Pro!
Color Wheel Pro is a unique software program that allows you to see color theory in action. With Color Wheel Pro, you can create harmonious color schemes and preview them on real-world examples.
