Homesite+ 5.5

Homesite+ 5.5 is included with the suite; with new improvements including a Macro Recorder and snippet integration.

The new CSS Rule Inspector, part of the Tag Inspector, lets you see instantly which CSS rules apply to your current selection.

Dynamic Cross-Browser Validation

When saving you can now automatically check the document for cross-browser compatibility issues. Specify which browsers to target and DWMX 2004 will make sure the page is not using CSS the browsers don't support.

Favorites Area

Customize the new Favorites area of the Insert toolbar to include the things you use most. No more hunting for favorite commands!

Find and Replace

Always a powerful feature, Find and Replace now has more search options and the ability to save searches, which can be a real time saver! Search Open Documents, the Current Document, a folder or an entire site to make changes to text, source code, or any tag.
