Shadows/Highlights Filter
This is the crowning glory of the new correction
tools! New in Adobe® Photoshop® CS, and luckily for Elements
users, now in Elements 3.0, the Shadows/Highlights filter
lets you decrease shadows and increase highlights, bringing out
more detail than you ever thought possible. You will find this
gem at Enhance > Adjust Lighting > Shadows/Highlights.
