Scone (pronounced scoon) Palace in Scone, Scotland near Perth. It is the original home of the the traditional coronation stone, Stone of Destiny, aka Stone of Scone, taken by England about 700 years ago by Edward the First and returned in 1996. A replica now rests in it's place and the original stone may be seen in Edinburgh Palace with the Crown Jewels of Scotland. It's history stretches back to biblical times, when it is said Jacob used it as a pillow.
